Yes! Every one of our plans includes regular WordPress and plugin updates because keeping your site secure starts with the basics. Failing to update WordPress and plugins leaves your site vulnerable—making other security measures far less effective. We believe this should be a standard feature in any maintenance plan, not an expensive add-on. Unfortunately, some campies charge significantly more while leaving this out. With us, you can rest easy knowing that essential updates are always covered, no matter which plan you choose.

Monthly support tickets are exclusive to our subscription plans and are time-limited. Unused tickets do not roll over to the following month and must be used within the month they are issued. Each ticket covers tasks that take 20 minutes or less to complete and cannot be applied toward or combined for larger projects.

Your nightly backups will include your WordPress data including all tables even those that might be custom created. We will also backup your entire site which includes your themes and plugins. We will track which version of WordPress you are using so that in the event of an emergency we will easily be able to restore your site.

If something breaks during an update, we take immediate action to restore your site. Depending on the situation, we’ll either roll back to the previous version of the plugin or software that caused the issue or restore your site from a backup. In either case, getting your site back up and running smoothly is our top priority. Our goal is to minimize downtime and ensure your site remains secure and functional, no matter what.

If you are on a monthly maintenance plan, you’ll receive a report detailing out what has been worked on and the status of your site.
